Where are your fragrances made?

Our fragrances are proudly made in the USA.

 

How should I apply my fragrance?

We believe fragrance is personal and choosing how to wear your fragrance is an individual preference.  Whether it be on clothing, directly on skin, or, Lily’s personal favorite, in your hair, you can’t go wrong.

 

Where should I store my fragrance?

We always recommend that you store your fragrances in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

 

What is your packaging made from?

Lily believes that everyone should be conscious of their carbon footprint, which is why sustainability was at the forefront of the design process.  The wooden cap, made with natural ash wood, is taken from sustainable forests produced in factories running on renewable energy.  Additionally, for every tree used, five more trees are planted in its place.  The seeded paper drop card is created from post-industrial recycled paper and dyed with all-natural, vegetable-based pigments.  The carton, made from 100% recycled paper, doubles as a shipping vessel, minimizing waste and can also be recycled in return.

 

What are your fragrances made from?

Our fragrances are made of a combination of natural ingredients, natural-derived molecules, and safe synthetics.  All of our fragrances are also biodegradable.  The Haven Eau de Parfum ingredient listing is as follows: SD ALCOHOL 40-B (ALCOHOL DENAT.), WATER/EAU (AQUA), FRAGRANCE/PARFUM, BUTYL METHOXYDIBENZOYLMETHANE, ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE, ETHYLHEXYL SALICYLATE, BHT, ALPHA-ISOMETHYL IONONE, CITRAL, CITRONELLOL, GERANIOL, HEXYL CINNAMAL, HYDROXYCITRONELLAL, LIMONENE, LINALOOL, RED 33 (CI 17200), EXT. VIOLET 2 (CI 60730).

 

How do I plant my seeded paper drop card?

In every Haven order, we are including a handmade card printed on wildflower seed paper.  Soak the paper in water overnight.  Cover with a thin layer of soil.  Keep evenly moist until seedlings are established.  Sprouts will appear in a week or two – a little reminder that beauty surrounds us every day!

 

Do your fragrances have a charitable connection?

Lily proudly supports a number of charities and, given her philanthropic nature, has chosen one charity for each of her fragrances to champion.  You will be asked at checkout if you would like to donate on behalf of that specific charity and Lily Aldridge Parfums will ensure your donations arrive in full.  The first of these partnerships is with St. Jude Children’s Hospital, with whom Lily has had a long and enriching relationship with. The following three scents charitable contributions will be announced as each fragrance is launched.

 

My Order

Where is my order?

Once your order has officially been submitted, you will receive a confirmation that the order was received on our end.  It is at this time that payment will be charged against your account.  You will also receive a confirmation, along with a tracking number, once your order has shipped.  If you have any concerns, or haven’t received an email with your order information, please email LAParfums@interparfumsinc.com.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship in the US, but are looking at expanding in the future.  Follow @LilyAldridgeParfums for all updates!

 

How much does shipping cost?

We’re happy to offer free standard ground shipping with all offers.  This will typically take 7-10 business days.  If you do need your order sooner, we offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight shipping options at a cost set by UPS based on your location.

 

How do I make a return?

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, which is why we are offering free returns through UPS. Use the original product box and packaging if available. Please reach out to customer service to request printable return label (email at: LAParfums@interparfumsinc.com). We must receive the product back in its original packaging not later than 14 days of delivery.  Refunds will be returned on the original form of payment.
